This bread pizza is a simple snack that can be prepared quickly using bread slices and leftover eggplant stir fry with carrots. Instead of using pizza dough, bread pieces are arranged to create a pizza-like base. The topping includes ketchup, seasoned cheese, and the vegetable stir fry, then everything is cooked in an air fryer until the cheese melts and the bread becomes crispy.

Method
- Start by taking 3 to 4 slices of bread. Cut each slice into triangular pieces.
- Next, arrange the bread triangles in a circular shape so that they form the base of a pizza.
- Once the bread pieces are arranged, add ketchup on top and spread it evenly across the bread surface.
- In a small bowl, mix cheese with a little salt and pepper. Spread this seasoned cheese mixture over the ketchup layer.
- After that, add the eggplant stir fry with carrots on top of the cheese layer and spread it evenly across the bread base.
- Then add another layer of cheese mixed with salt and pepper over the vegetable topping.
- Preheat the air fryer if needed, then place the prepared bread pizza inside the air fryer.
- Cook it at 180°C for 10 minutes.
- Once the cooking time is complete and the cheese has melted while the bread becomes slightly crispy, remove the bread pizza from the air fryer.
Serving Suggestion
Serve the bread pizza warm. It works well as a quick snack, light meal, or evening treat.
